RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because KimoKena Creations offers custom and personalized products, there is a no refund/no exchange policy.  All products are created once you have agreed to the proof of design.  If you are unsatisfied with your item, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order so that I have the opportunity to work with you and address the issue if possible.

Once payment has been provided for a product, the transaction is considered final sale.  If you have mistakenly approved and ordered an item, you must notify me prior to receiving confirmation from me that I have started working on your order, based on our agreed upon timeline.

Any items purchased at craft fairs and events are final sale.
